Description:
Water wall panels are used in Waste Heat recovery boilers. We manufacture Water wall panels. These are fabricated out of carbon steel tubes to customers' drawings and specifications. Special care is taken for ovality and thinning at the bent portion, during fabrication.
Water wall materials are generally made of carbon steel.When the boiler pressure is above 14 MPa, alloy steel is also partially used.Pipe outside diameter: natural circulation boilers generally use 51 ~ 83 mm; multiple forced circulation boilers and direct current boilers generally use 22 ~ 60 mm.The water wall of a DC boiler is not necessarily upright like that of a natural circulation boiler, and can also be horizontally surrounded or in other forms.When the parameters are high, especially in the direct-current boiler, in order to prevent the heat transfer deterioration in the high heat load area of the furnace, internal threaded tubes are often used or spoilers are installed inside the tubes
