Product introduction


Air preheater, or boiler preheater, is an important boiler part. It can be divided into two kinds, Tubular type air preheater and Vertical type air preheater.
Air preheater pipe type, mainly using industrial furnaces or smoke waste heat boiler combustion air preheating furnace enter, such not only improves the thermal efficiency of the stove and reduce the environment pollution.
Enamel air preheater products are classified as following by application
1. Enamel heat exchanger designed for denitration renovation projects
2. Enamel heat exchanger for circulating fluidized bed boiler and pulverized coal boilers Heat

exchanger parts for garbage incinerators and biomass boilers
3.Heat exchanger parts for grate furnaces, like chain grate furnaces4.Heat exchanger parts for gas-fueled boilers, such as kerosene boilers, coke ovens, etc.

 

1. A device,which increases the tempurature of air before it supply to the furnance using heat from flue gases passing through chimney.

2. The heat carried with the flue gases coming out of economiser is further utilised for preheating the air before supplying to the combustion chamber.

3. An increase of 20 degree centigrade in the air temp.increases the boiler efficiency by1%.

4. It is a necessary equipment to supply hot air for drying the coal in pulverised fuel systems to facilitate grinding and satisfactory combustion of fuel in the furnace.

 

 

 

Fuctions


1. Improve and strengthen combustion

The air after the waste heat enters the furnace, accelerates the fuel drying, ignition and combustion process, ensures the stable combustion in the boiler, and improves the combustion efficiency.
2. Strengthen heat transfer
As the combustion in the furnace has been improved and strengthened, and the temperature of hot air entering the furnace has been increased, the average temperature level in the furnace has also been increased, so as to strengthen the radiation heat transfer in the furnace.
3. Reduce the loss in the furnace, reduce the smoke discharge temperature, and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency
Because the combustion in the furnace is stable and the radiation heat exchange is strengthened, the chemical incomplete combustion loss can be reduced. On the other hand, the air preheater makes use of the waste heat of flue gas to further reduce the loss of smoke exhaust, so as to improve the boiler's thermal efficiency. According to experience, when the air preheater in rise by 1.5 ℃, exhaust temperature can reduce 1 ℃. After installation of air preheater in boiler flue, if we can put the air heat 150-160 ℃, can reduce exhaust temperature 110-120 ℃, the boiler thermal efficiency can be increased by 7% - 7.5%. You can save 11 to 12 percent on fuel.
4, hot air can be used as fuel desiccant

For laminar combustion furnace, hot air can be used as fuel with high moisture and ash content. For power plant boiler, hot air is an important desiccant and coal powder conveying medium in the fat and powder system.

Working process


1. Hot flue gases enters into tubes from the top of the shell and leaves from to the chinmney.

2. The inlet air at R.Tem. is admitted into the shell with the help of the fan.

3. The air passes upward around the tubes in the opposite direction to the flow of the hot gases.

4. Baffeles increases the total path length of air thus increase heat transfer.
