HDB grade A industrial boiler spiral finned tube economizer is A heat exchanger, used to capture the boiler hot chimney gas "lost or residual heat."Cheap and fine spiral finned tube economizers usually transfer waste heat to boiler feed water or return water loop, but can also be used to heat domestic water or other processing fluids.

Capturing the heat that is normally lost can reduce the boiler's overall demand for fuel.Less fuel equals less money and less emissions - because boilers now operate at higher efficiency.This is possible because the boiler feed or return water is preheated by the economizer, so the main heating loop of the boiler does not need to provide enough heat to produce a given steam or hot water output.

Again, fuel savings are the result.Spiral finned tube boiler economizer improves boiler efficiency by extracting heat from the flue gas discharged by the boiler.

Function


 

1.The economizer is a steam generation system as like a boiler. when the exhaust gas discharge from the engine cylinder through the exhaust valve it goes to the boiler for generate steam by heating of water.

 

2. After those gas it goes through the economizer the remaining exhaust gas temperature is heated the water in economiser. it help to generate steam, and it is improving the efficiency and save the fuel consumption

3.An economizer uses the waste heat from the boiler exhaust, that would otherwise be lost to atmosphere to (in most cases) preheat the feed water into the boiler.This improves the boiler efficiency and reduces fuel costs.

1Latest type of 'U' bending machine is used for precision cold bending of tubes.
2Bending is done for all kind of heat exchanger, condenser, economizer, boiler tubes in Stainless Steel Seamless as well as welded.
3Subsequent to 'U' bending tubes are hydro tested & stress relieved if asked for.
4Also mock-up pieces are prepared for determining thickness reduction on the bend portion.
5Dye penetrant testing on the bend portion is done ro detect cracks, flaws or any type of defect.
6Special packing is provided to prevent any damages during transit.
