PLC Control Plastic Granules Machine For Making Soft And Rigid PVC / CPVC Pellets

150kg soft and rigid PVC compounding pelletizing line, CPVC granulating line

This line adopt SJZ55/110 conic twin screw extruder and it is mainly used for producing PVC granules. With different screw design, it can produce rigid PVC granules, soft PVC granules, CPVC granules etc. The output for rigid PVC is around 150kg/h and for soft PVC and rigid PVC, the output is around 100kg/h. The process flow of this line as blow:

PVC powder + additive --- mixing---material feeder---twin screw extruder--- extrusion die --- pelletizer --- air blower --- silo --- vibrator --- air blower --- silo

The screw of SJZ55/110 conic twin screw extruder adopt material 38CrMoAlA, Nitriding,surface Chrome plate, nitriding Layer Thickness:0.5～0.7mm,​surface Rigidity:800～900HV. Conic twin screw will provide powerful safeguard for the PVC plasticization, and the Siemens PLC control system make more convinient operation. The degassing system will ensure the quality of final PVC pipes.

The gearbox adopt hardening teeth gearbox, made by Jiangyin gearbox manufacturer which is top brand in China. The motor adopt 22kw Siemens standard motor and invter adopt ABB or Siemens. The 2.2kw degassing system will ensure the quality of final granules. The screw core temperature control system will improve the plasticization of the material.

The 1.5kw pelletizer is well blanced to match the extrusion die face. The 2.2kw air blower will blowing the granules into silo immedately after granules fall down. According to different formulation, the vibrator could be designed as cooling vibrator.
