PVC braided fiber reinforced garden hose production line

This machine is used to produce PVC fiber reinforced garden hoses. The pipe wall is made of transparent PVC. In the pipe inner-wall, there is fiber. This hose has the advantage of extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, static electricity resistance, anti-high pressure and good running. It is suitable for the conveying high pressure or combustible gas and liquid, heavy suction and delivery of liquid sludge. It is mainly used in the garden and lawn irrigation.

Technical data

This machine mainly consists of extruder, spray water cooling tank, haul-off unit, fiber coiling machine and winding machine. Flow chart as blow:

1. extruder: adopting single screw extruder, unique designed screw, excellent plasticization.

2. gearbox: adopting super quality gear box and reducer, stable running, low noise and long service time.

3. extruding barrel temperature controlling system: adopting cast aluminum heaters with stainless steel

covers, wind cooling system, ensuring good features of cooling and heating, precision temperature

controlling.

4. driving system: adopting A.C motor, using FUJI or ABB inverters which provide stable torque output and

various speed.
 

5. haul off machines: 2 laws are provided to manufacture 0~50mm hose, peed governed by ABB inverter.

6. cutting unit: saw cutting and planet saw cutting, with dust collection system.

7. staking unit: automatic overturning system, can freely fix the length of the pipe.

8. controlling system: manual controlling cabinet or SIEMENS PLC touch screen controlling.
