APPLICATION :
 
DPP-350 ALU PVC  Blister Forming Machine is widely used in pharm, food, electron, medical equipment such as capsules, tablets,penicillin bottle, ampoule,oral liquid, candy and special-shaped ALU-PVC blister packaging. Besides,it can also be used for health care products, chemical, light industry product solid-state items ALU-PVC blister packaging.
 
 
PROCESSING:
 
DPP-350 ALU PVC  Blister Forming Machine can automatically finish feeding packaging materials,forming PVC,feeding products,online detection,sealing,printing batch number,cutting,and rejecting waste products etc.
 
 
CHARACTERISTIC:
 
1. The overall use the compact cabinet assembling structure, which makes the overall of machine look smooth and compact, easy assembly, handling, installation, maintenance (the sufficient space for maintenance operations).
 
2. Security, with online detection monitoring system, overload protection, fault alarm and automatically shutdown and multiple safeties interlock control system. There are function buttons such as Start, Stop, Jog, E-stop etc. to control the equipment.
 
3. Adopt PLC control, stepless frequency control speed,touch screen operation, text display, automatic counting, fault diagnosis tips, easy to operation.
 
4. The device adopt servo driving to ensure the accuracy of step movements, to achieve the absolute synchronization of every actions.
 
5. With cylinder sealing,the upper and lower cobwebbing ensure the effect of sealing,this also can prolong the using life of the machine;
 
6. Output finished products in an orderly manner, detective and waste rejection and collection, which is advantageous for the later packing procedure, and guarantees the quality of product.
 
7. Products positioning and directional output, which is in favor of the join of latter working process,and equip with waste cutting mechanism, easy for waste collecting.
 
8. Adjustable travel,adopt manipulator grip to change mould with accurate and synchronization;
 
9. We can design different mould and feeder according to customer’s requirement.
 
10. It can work alone,also can be linked to work with pillow-type packing machine and cartoning machine.
