Our Immobilized Enzyme has the following distinct characters:
• Nontoxic and non-polluting, environmentally friendly.
• Enzyme enclosed in molecular cages.
• Product particle size of immobilized enzyme: 50-500 µm. (OR on the surface of beads of about 0.3-1.5mm diameter).
• High enzyme activity after repeat use of up to dozens or hundreds of times with vigorous stirring. For example, immobilized lipase can be repeatedly used more than 300 times for making biodiesel (one ton of immob-lipase can produce more than 3000 tons biodiesel).
• Immobilization loading rate: 45% - 85%.
