Ductile iron pipe material is ductile iron which is also called
ductile cast iron, spheroidal graphite iron, or nodular cast iron,
is a type of cast iron appeared in 1943, compared to most varieties
of cast iron, ductile iron is much more flexible and elastic due to
its nodular graphite inclusions. Ductile iron pipe and fittings are
used for water supply, drainage, gas engineering.
Beijing ANSI International ductile iron pipe is produced strictly
according to the international Standard and European standard,
ISO2531/EN545. Zinc coating confirms to ISO8179, the minimum zinc
coating per square meter should be 130g, and the thickness of
bitumen paint above 70um, cement lining conforms to ISO4179. Pipe
fittings are used for connect the ductile iron pipes.
