The YDLR-5 bag bitumen melting equipment developed by our company takes diesel oil burner as heating sources, thermal oil as heating medium, and the equipment heats the coil to finish the cutting, heating, melting and continuous heating. And the equipment guarantees the heating quality and has the features of high heating efficiency, labor intensity reduction and pollution reduction.

Bag bitumen melter components

The equipment mainly consists of melting tank, lifting system, diesel burner, exhaust flue heating system, thermal oil heating system, bitumen pump, pipe system and electric control system.

Working principle

This equipment is specially designed for the melting and heating of 1 ton bag asphalt. The shape is square tank. The top of the equipment is equipped with a electric hoist. The bag asphalt is lifted by the hoist to the feeding port at the top of the equipment. The bottom bag is cut by knives, then the asphalt block in the bag will be taken out and dropped into the equipment through the feeding port to be heated. There are 5 feeding ports, each port will be with one movable lid for insulation and rain proof.

Features

1, Integrated design combines the thermal oil boiler with bitumen dumping device which saves the transportation cost of thermal oil boiler and reduces the occupied area. And internal direct heat exchange and recycled exhaust drastically reduce the heat loss and increase the heat utilization.

2, The equipment adopts sealed tank structure, and the feeding mode is by electric hoisting. The equipment has beautiful appearance, reasonable and compact arrangement, easy operation and labor saving, high production efficiency, stable and reliable performance, no asphalt waste and pollution, and is suitable for production under various working conditions.

3, Fast melting speed: large thermal oil heating dissipation area inside the equipment, fast heating speed and high production efficiency; heating coil group adopts zonal independent control technology, which can freely adjust and distribute heat between upper coil and lower coil, so as to synchronize cutting speed and melting speed, and exhaust from thermal oil furnace is used again, high energy utilization; the built-in heating furnace can make heat transfer more direct and less heat loss; the whole tank body is insulated by superior rook wool material with better insulation.

4, Automatic slag removal: filter device installed in the bitumen circulation tube can remove the slag automatically.

5, Automatic temperature control: The burner starts and stops automatically according to the set temperature of asphalt and heat thermal oil.

6, Strong adaptability: Because of the super-large design of the feeding port, it could be put various size of asphalt blocks.

7, Environmental-friendly: closed structure and no pollution.
