Hello panda biscuits are gently released from Biscuit hopper onto
the telflon coated moulds, which are attached onto a chain-conveyor
with intermitted movements. Plastic rolling brush rolls the
biscuits into individual moulds. Meanwhile double jacket
chocolate/cream hopper tank controlling the cream viscosity and
special needles are use to inject chocolate/cream into center of
hello biscuits. Finish products are automatically discharge from
the moulds. This Machine with Heavy duty components with cam drives
and frequency drive motor control, for production stability and
high performance.
