Cage classification
Chicken cages are divided into full-automatic chicken cages and
semi-automatic chicken cages. The fully automatic chicken cage is
suitable for farms above 10000 chickens, including automatic
feeding hopper system, automatic drinking water system, automatic
fecal cleaning system, automatic egg collection system, automatic
temperature control and light control system, automatic ventilation
system. Semi automatic chicken cages include chicken cages and
automatic drinking water systems. Other fully automatic equipment
can be selected separately to follow up the overall budget of the
farm
Chicken cages are also divided into layer cage, broiler cage,
pullet cage and parent cage. Customers choose according to the
types of chickens raised on the farm. The surface treatment process
can be hot-dip galvanized chicken cages or cold galvanized chicken
cages. The number of cage can be 2 tier or 3 tier or 4 tier or 5

3. Automatic drinking system
Water tank or pressure regulator connect water pipe with straight
pipe,elbow pipe and tree way pipe ,used chicken house length less
100meters and each tank can contain 10 liter water. The transparent
water tank can clearly see the water level and remind farmers to
add water timely
The water tank bottom have holes connect with water pipe and inside
have floating ball to ensure the water not overflow.
Nipple drinkers with stainless steel rotate 360 degrees and no
water leaking. Safety and clear water for chicken,reduce birds
death rate and disease rate.Customers also can choose nipple
drinker with cups.When chicken mouth touch the nipple drinker, the
chicken can drink water freely.Slowly, the chicken will form its
own habit of drinking water. And when chicken not touch the nipple
drinker, the water stop flow
