1. Brief introduction of battery feeding machine

 

The device is suitable for automatic shell feeding of bare battery cell. Before entering the shell, the positive and negative electrodes are identified and judged, and the battery shell and battery cell are dedusting respectively, so as to improve the cleanliness of the battery shell, realize the automation of the battery cell entering the shell, reduce the personnel allocation, and improve the production efficiency and battery safety.

 

2. The design requirements

 

2.1. Expected feeding level of bare cell → automatic feeding of manipulator → positive and negative electrode recognition → reverse feeding rotation → dust removal of electric cell → dust removal of aluminum shell → dust removal in the shell → automatic feeding into the shell → automatic feeding.

 

2.2. Plexiglass sealing plates shall be installed around the equipment to prevent dust and sundry objects from entering, and an on-off installation shall be installed at the material taking position

 

Easy access to materials; Each part of the movement mechanism shall be equipped with protective cover and affixed with safety warning signs to protect the safety of operators.
