Custom logo sample order is welcome on different technics and material. Sample cost will not be refund for any order under 3,000pcs. Sample lead time will be 8-10days.

When you place an order, please send artwork in AI or PDF file to our sales. Delay in sending artwork will make delay in delivery. In some case, we can provide artwork for free(after collect order payment) for simple design. However, we keep the right to charge addtional cost for those complicated designs.

Normal production lead time is 15-20days. For rush order, additional cost will be charged.

Order under trade assurance will be protected by alibaba system against bad quality and delay in delivery. It is highly recommended to use.
