Q. What kind of design format do you need to make products?
A: JPG/PSD/PDF/AI or real sample picture. Prefer AI vector file if
possible
Q. What is your normal turnaround time?
A: Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high
order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production
time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush
service is available upon request.
Q. Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are
manufactured?
A: Yes, we offer artwork and then sample picture for approve before
production for every firm order. Revising/Handling fees will apply
