Product Details

The OL32/OL10 Tall Buildings Led Aircraft Warning Lights is a stable burning low intensity LED obstruction light designed to meet ICAO LIOL Type A and B requirements. The model can be used to mark obstacles up to 45 meters above the ground, such as telecommunications towers, wind turbines, buildings, and other tall structures.
The OL32/OL10 Tall Buildings Led Aircraft Warning Lights provide an ultra-bright, energy-efficient and cost-effective lighting solution. Adjustable intensity settings allow users to easily switch between 10cd (Type A) and 32cd (Type B).
The luminaire is available in two configurations, Universal DC (12-48VDC) or Universal AC (110-240VAC).
Advanced optics use a single LED for lowest power consumption. Corrosion-resistant polycarbonate lenses are specifically designed for use with LEDs to maximize light intensity and uniformity.
The luminaire contains internal diagnostic checks and alarm contacts for remote monitoring. The alarm relay is energized during normal operation and will release as long as the LED is not lit.
The unit is available in 3/4 or 1" thread styles - making retrofitting of existing units simple.
Obstruction lights can also be used to combine visual and infrared (IR) for pilots using night vision to see.

Dual Lighting Model
OL10/32 110V/220V Low Intensity Dual LED Obstruction Light is designed to survive and perform in airway fixed obstacle marking applications with a waterproof, vibration proof and corrosion resistance casing. It comply with ICAO regulation, low intensity, type A/type B. Working mode is steady burning.
OL-D10/32 Series Double Light Double light is integrated by 2 single lights. For making sure there is always a light working at the top of the tower. Two optional working patterns can meet different area’s customers.
“Service+Standby”: Only “service light” is working normally. It will auto-transfer to “standby light” in case of ”service light” failure
“Service+Service”: Two single lights work simultaneously. Either failure will not affect the other normal working.

 



 
 
Installation

STANDARS

High-rise building aviation obstacle light configuration scheme
The obstacle lights set up by high-rise buildings and building complexes should be able to see the outline of the object from all directions, and the horizontal direction can also refer to the barrier lights set at a distance of about 45 meters, and the general building should install obstacle lights at the top of it, and the installation height H is calculated from the horizontal ground. Reference Standards: CAAC, ICAO, FAA MH/T6012-2015, MH5001-2013

 

  • When h ≤ 45m, a low light intensity dual aviation obstacle light or low light intensity aviation obstacle light shall be set at the top
  • When 45 < h < 105m, medium light intensity B-type aviation obstacle light shall be set at the top, and low light intensity aviation obstacle light shall be set at 1 / 2 of its height
  • When 105 ≤ h < 150m, medium light intensity type a aviation obstacle light shall be set at the top, and low light intensity aviation obstacle light shall be set at 1 / 2 of its height
  • High light intensity aviation obstruction lamps shall be set at the top of H ≥ 150m and at the interval of 75-105m, and medium light intensity aviation obstruction lamps shall be set between the layers of high light intensity aviation obstruction lamps
