Description:

High output multipe rows  fruit bar extruding machine with full automatic wrapping machine consists of: Multiple lanes protein bar extruder, Cooling tunnel, Protein bar cutting machine, 180 ° Turning convyeor, Chocolate enrobing machine, Cooling tunnel, Full auto sorting and flow wrapping line. 

If customer only need the protein bar making machine, the multipe lanes protein bar extruder includes: Protein bar extruder machine, Automatic rectifer machine, and Protein bar cutting machine. The Cooling tunnel is optional accoding to customer's requirements.

High output multipe rows fruit bar extruding machine with full automatic wrapping machine is horizontally designed with 6 extrusion nozzles at a time, passing through our patented rectifier machine to guarantee uniform bar size and weight, then finally cutted by the guillotine cutter. The P400 Protein bar line belt width is 400mm, and belt height is1000mm, the extrusion nozzles can be custom made according to customer's bar size, the belt size also can be custom made. P400 Multiple protein bar production line belt width 400mm is customized for connecting 400 model Chocolate enrobing line and cooling tunnel.

As customer has different materials and formulas, their requirements will be different: 1. If the bar need to be cooled, we can add a customized length cooling tunnel. 2. If the bar need to be collected, we can add a auto panning system to collect the bar into baking trays. 3. If the bar need to be packed, we can add a full auto sorting and flow packing line. 4. If the bar need to connect the tunnel oven, we can customize the conveyor. etc.

Optional devices:

1. Cooling tunnel 

The cooling tunnel is used for cooling food products or chocolate coated products, the cooling temperature normally is setted 0-10 ℃, the cooling tunnel length normally require 6-10 meters, it depends on customer's requirements on customer's product formula. The conveyor belt width has 400mm, 600mm, 900mm and 1200mm for customer to choose. The cooling tunnel is a optional equipment according to customer's product textrure requirements. 

2. Automatic panning machine/Automatic tray aligning machine

The automatic panning system or tray aligning machine is used for auto bar sorting and collecting into baking trays. For some bars which need oven baking, room cooling or normal storage, customer need to collect the bars into the baking trays. The auto tray aligning machine avoids collecting the bars one by one by hands, It largely saves the time and labor. 

3. Chocolate enrobing line

Industrial type chocolate enrobing line includes chocolate enrober and chocolate cooling tunnel. The industrial type chocolte enrobing line has a minumum 400mm belt width which will be connected to the protein bar forming machine, the belt height will be customized according to protein bar machine belt height. It is the essential equipment for making chocolate coated bars. 

4. Full auto sorting and flow wrapping line

The full automatic sorting and flow wrapping line includes automatic sorting conveyors and automatic flow wrapping machine. The sorting conveyor need to customized according to customer's protein bar line belt width and height, as well as direction in factory. The sorting conveyor can connect directly to the bar forming machine, or connect the cooling tunnel, or connect the cooling conveyor, or connect the chocolate enrober, it is very flexible. The automatic flow wrapping machine is the major machine doing the film wrapping work for the bar products. It has high speed for wrapping bars with different sizes.
