Introduction
The 3in1 monoblock filling machine is widely used in the food,
cosmetic, pharmaceutical, oil and other industries, is specially
made for all high and low viscosity materials, like the juice,
water, oil, carbonated water, beer, alcohol liquid etc.
It can carry out washing bottle, filling and capping of one
machine. The whole machine designing is reasonable. The appearance
is beautiful and the maintenance is convenient. It adopts hanging
type conveying bottle structure to make changing bottle model more
convenient, faster and easier.
The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The key
electric elements are adopting international famous products. The
input bottle adopts air conveying device; the output bottle adopts
adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the
host machine making the output bottle running more stable and
reliable. The photoelectrical inspection of the running condition
of various parts makes a higher automation and convenient
operation. It is the ideal first-choice equipment of beverage
manufacturers.
Features
Washing Parts:This water 3 in 1 machine uses new generation stainless steel spring washing clips and the clips do not contact the upside of bottle screw avoiding the second pollution. It can both clear the inside and the outside of the bottle.
Filling parts: The water 3 in 1 machine applies bottle handling technical and the filling valves go up-down when filling, which make sure the bottle filling goes stable, reliable during high speed. The advanced normal pressure filling principle was applied. Filling is quick, and stable. Not contacting with the liquid avoids second pollution and oxidation.
Capping parts: This water 3 in 1 machine applies magnetic force screw type sealing, realizing auto grasping cap, sealing. The sealing cap force can be adjusted.

1. Warranty time. All machines are guaranteed for one year free ,If equipment breaks down due to quality
issue, supplier offers free spare parts for replacement(Except for human error). On-site service also provided
after consultation of both parties.
2. Installation & training.The seller can send the engineer to the buyer site to install and debug the system,
and also provides training. However the buyer should be responsible for engineer’s round air tickets, visa,
meals, accommodation and safety, and also pay USD$100 per day to engineer as the salary.
