The full automatic petroleum jelly filling machine is specially made for paste such as paste,honey, jam, gel, butter, cream, etc. The machine adopts piston pump for filling, PLC program system control, by adjusting on the HMI touch creen, it can fill various bottles in one filling machine, with quick speed and high precision.
The material storage hopper can heat material and keep warm. Also can be connected with CIP system for cleaning conveniently.

due to the improper use or other reasons by the Buyer, the

Installation:
The seller would dispatch his engineers to instruct the
installation.Cost would be bear on buyer’s side (round way flight
tickets, accommodation fees in buyer country).

<1> What should I do if we are not able to operate the
machine when we receive it?
Operation manual and video demonstration sent along with the
machine to give instructions. Besides, we have professional
after-sale group to customer's site to solve any problems.
<2> How could I get the spares on machines?
We will send extra sets of spares and accessories (such as sensors,
heating bars, gaskets, O rings, coding letters). Non-artificial
damaged spares will be sent freely and shipping free during 18
months warranty.
