Factory Selling Powder Coated Custom Radio Shuttle Racking System
Shuttle rack system is a storage system composed of high density storage racking, shuttle and forklift. This new concept storage racking system is more powerful in operation than that of traditional storage racking, which enable it to take advantage of warehouse space sufficiently. The space utilization rate is more than 80%.
* This high density pallet storage rack system simplifies loading and unloading goods by utilizing an electric cart called a radio shuttle cart.
* A forklift sets pallets on top of the radio shuttle, the cart then
moves along the track to place the load in correct location.
* Using remote control, the operator can execute all precedures for
storing and extracting pallets. High precision sensors control how the radio shuttles moves the
stored load.
* The structure and capacity of a radio shuttle warehouse is
similar to traditional compact system( as drive-in pallet rack system)
* The height between levels can be adjusted easily by 75mm assemble
quickly and easily with a hammer or mallet. Widely used in cold
room warehouse.

cratches.

Main Parts
Two management systems are available: the drive-in system, with
only one access aisle, and the drive-through system, with access to
the load from both sides of the rack.
The system is frequently used in cold stores (refrigeration and freezing) which require maximum use of space for the storage of products in a controlled temperature.

| Pallet-loading | When loading, the pallets are placed at the front of the racking tunnel rail by forklift. By the radio remote control operation, the shuttle carries pallets running on the rail of racking. |

| Shuttle-removing | Shuttles can be removed by forklift to different tunnels of racking, one set of shuttle can be used for many racking tunnels. The quantity of shuttle depends on the depth of racking tunnels, goods, and frequency of goods picking, Etc. |
