Q3:What shall we do if we do not have drawings?
A3:Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q4: How to delivery the goods?
A4: By air : FedEx , DHL , UPS , TNT , etc. Or by sea.

1. Customer confirm the quotation and then send samples or 2D/3D drawings files to us.
2. Engineer review and feedback comments in material and design.
3. Customer confirm the mould structure and process.
4. Engineer suggest the mould design scheme and structure audit.
5. Mould Manufacturing.
6. Submit Test1 samples for customer approval.
7. Make the adjustment according to customer's comments.
8. Test mould and submit samples for final approval.
9. Mould delivery and after sale service.
1. the mould surface of cavity and core will be covered with anti
corrosive oil.
2. the guide pin and guide bushing will be covered with butter.
3. the mould will be wrapped in plastic film.
4. the mould will be packed in customized wooden case.
5. the wooden case will be strapped with metal bands.
6. some other spare parts will be put into the wooden case together
with mould, there are material certificate, mould data CD, hot sprue , lifting bolt , ejector pin etc.
