1. the mould surface of cavity and core will be covered with anti corrosive oil.
2. the guide pin and guide bushing will be covered with butter.
3. the mould will be wrapped in plastic film.
4. the mould will be packed in customized wooden case.
5. the wooden case will be strapped with metal bands.
6. some other spare parts will be put into the wooden case together
with mould, there are material certificate, mould data
CD, hot sprue , lifting bolt , ejector pin etc.

A5:Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length,Hight,Width),CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.
Q6. Can we get some samples before mass production?
A6:Absolutely
Q7. Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A7:Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party
without your permission.
Q8: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?
A8: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.
