Dust filter bag used in casting house dedusting filter house

We supply all series of normal temperature includes Polyester needle felt, Polypropylene needle felt, Acrylic needle felt. High temperature felt includes Nomex felt, P84 felt, Fiber glass needle felt, PPS needle felt .All of these materials can make into any size bags for dust collecting.

Nomex filter bag , this kind fiber is supplied by Dunpont , it has better temperature resistance at 220-240 degree C, as well as better acid and alkali resistance. It needs to be hydrolyze under very high temperature ant it is widely used in asphalt mix plants, cement dedusting system, carbon and coking field industries.

PPS filter bag raw materials mainly supplied by Toray , with good acid properties, heat resistance at 190-220 degree C, but considering the problem of oxidation , the general tempeture is lower than design temperature , now widely used in power plant dedusting house,waste incineration dust collectors, medical waste disposal, smelting and other industries.

We have two mainly production techniques for filter bag manufacture, one is sewing , the other is heat -welding.
