After more than 20 years manufacture in welded liquid filter bags, we accumulated full experiences in liquid filtration felts produce,  design and improve the welding machine for target customers.

Now the welding machine become our second business support for Overseas market.

We design two kinds production line to produce the FSI ( Sharp bottom style) & Eaton ( Round bottom style) liquid filter bags.

It is easy to operate and maintain, each parts and every step to weld the needle punched felt we can give you the construction advise,like the melt temperature, the weld time, the hold time and so on, since we also produce the bag everyday.

Simply speaking , there are two main parts to compose the unit production line.

Part I: Ultrasonic welding machine for the sealing between polylock and fabric, and the fabric bottom sealing together.

Part II Hot-air welding machine for fabric welding together
