Features and applications

Transmission method: working rollers transmission and supporting rollers transmission.


Control methods: common electric pressing down and hydraulic pressing down through AGC system.


Equipped with hydraulic bending installations of working rollers which can fast adjust the gibbous degree of

 

rollers to change the distribution of touching pressure between rollers in order to control the plate form.

It is equipped with AGC system to get high precision, which is especially suitable for rolling high precision

Introduction

 

It is used for rolling hot rolled strip at normal temperature and finally rolled into strip with ideal thickness

 

after several passes.The cold rolling mill is a four-roller reversible cold rolling mill, which adopts hydraulic

 

pressure down and automatic control system with thickness.The machine is driven by working roller.The

 

working roller is equipped with hydraulic bending roll device.

Feeding trolley→Hydraulic expansion and uncoiler→Clip-on leveller→left seven roller curly machine→

 

Left Winder (Unloading trolley)→Feeding process platform(Steering roller, thickness gauge, wringer roll,

 

guide)→Four-high mill→Discharging process platform(wringer roll,thickness gauge,abweiseumlenkrolle)

 

→Right Winder (Unloading trolley)→Right seven roller curly machine

 

 

Technical service, after-sales service commitment

1. The unit shall be installed at the construction site of party a, and party b shall dispatch relevant personnel

to provide on-site technical services.

2. The warranty period is 12 months after the normal equipment debugging and acceptance.

3. During the warranty period, if the equipment fails, party b shall send technicians to the site to deal with or

assist in the solution, and repair or replace the parts free of charge for the damage caused by non-human

factors.

4. Upon expiration of the warranty period, party b shall, as far as possible, provide party a with

convenience, help to solve problems arising from the operation of the equipment and provide sincere

service.

5. Preferential supply of spare parts.

 

Relevant requirements on the buyer's cooperation

 

 

A. provide all pipelines, cables and wires of the equipment (except the cabinet).

 

B. design and construction of equipment foundation.

 

C. Mounting plates required.

 

D. Various pipelines and related joints required by hydraulic station, lean oil station and process lubrication

 

station.

 

E. Provide hydraulic oil, emulsion, gear oil, steel strip, lubricating oil, grease, etc. required for debugging.

 

F. Supply voltage power required for equipment operation.

 

G. Compressed air source.

 

H. The cost shall be borne by the buyer for the accommodation and working convenience of the supplier's

 

on-site personnel.
