ATOP Light Cup Multi Layer Thin Film Optical Vacuum Coating Machine
The machine is controlled by industry touch screen and PLC and can
be manual controlled, half auto
controlled or auto controlled. Vacuum pumping, coating and gas
inflating is controlled by main controlling
box. The machine will alarm by sound and flashing light when the
cooling water and electric power supply
is cut off or the cooling water current is not enough for system
cooling. All pumps and valves have inter-
locked function to avoid wrong operation for machine safety.
Operational principle
Electron beam evaporation is that the membrane is put into the
water-cooled copper crucible, heated by
direct use of electron beam, the vaporized atoms or molecules of
membrane material is condensed to a
mould by incidence to the surface of the substrate after escaping
from the surface evaporation. Electron
beam evaporation has high thermal efficiency, beam density,
evaporation speed, high purity of film made
than the resistance heating evaporation.
The machine is consist of vacuum chamber, Work piece carrier,vacuum
pumping system, bias power
supply, coating system, gas system, heating system,working
system,control system,alarm system and
electron gun,evaporation source.
Mainly used for glass lens,acrylic,crystal ornaments,plastic
panels,resin material.This equipment can coat
diamond with colorful decoration film,reflective film,coating,uv
protection film,reflective film,filter
membrane,beam splitters,dielectric film and so on
Very large scale film and multi-layer film can be realized.The
machine can meet the requirement of
reflective glass,binoculars,glass lens,optical lens,light cup,the
silver film,AF film products of phone screen.
