High Performance ASV Vacuum Pumping unit, Double stage Vacuum Pumping System Equipment
Application:
ASV series Vacuum Pumping System unit is used for vacuuming of power vacuum equipment in substation industry, power supply bureau, power plant and transformer manufacturing plant. The working vacuum of this unit is 1 torr, and the ultimate vacuum that can be achieved is 5pa. It is not suitable for removing gases that are too high in oxygen, toxic, explosive, water-bearing, corrosive to metal materials, and chemically reactive to pump oil.
Optional Mode:
● The whole structure can be made into mobile and fixed.
● Can be made into fully enclosed, open, concealed.
● Optional PLC intelligent control, touch screen operation and dynamic display according to user requirements.
Technical Features:
1.It has the characteristics of quick start, high pumping speed, stable performance and easy operation.
2.The Roots pump is used as the main pump and the rotary vane vacuum pump is used as the first stage pump.
3.Configure a digital vacuum gauge to accurately observe and control the vacuum of the pumped container.
4.Adopt France Schneider electrical appliance as the control components.
5.Fully automatic operation, it can run without a person, the status is displayed by indicator.

ASSEN warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty (20) months from date of shipment or eighteen (18) months after the start-up of the system. ASSEN's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within the warranty period.
