Customization process:

1. Contact customer service

Inform the customer service of your needs, and the engineer analyzes the customization cost

(shaft / gear customization cost 300 + product unit price, other customization costs to be determined)

2. Sign sample contract

Sign sample contract and pay fees

3. Determine drawings

Provide customized sketches or ideas, and the Engineer shall assist in confirming the customized drawings (2 days)

4. Select materials

Prepare suitable materials, process motor accessories and conduct heat treatment (3 days)

5. Assembly sample

Material test, assembly test (2 days)

6. Confirmation of samples and finished products

The sample is sent to the customer and the sample specification confirmation is provided. The customer confirms it (3 days)

7. Sign bulk contract

After the sample is passed, the batch contract shall be signed

8. Produce bulk goods according to samples

Prepare bulk cargo materials, and assemble bulk cargo according to samples after arrival (7-15 days, depending on data)

9. Bulk cargo test

Issue the test report of large goods to the customer for confirmation

10. Complete the order and deliver the goods

Arrange shipment after the customer confirms that there is no problem
