Gearmotor performance is highly influenced by the motor's ability to dissipate heat and avoid thermal overload, which can damage internal components and even demagnetize the magnets. Proper sizing and selection are the first step to ensuring that the motor is not at risk of thermal overload within the parameters of the application

Wirings:

Red Wire - positive power supply of motor(+)
Black Wire - negative power supply of motor(-)

Orange Wire - control CW or CCW of motor(CCW: Orange Wire do not connect. CW: Orange Wire connect negative power supply of motor(-))
White Wire - control speed of motor (by PWM signal control speed)

Note: For it is a blushless motor, the wires can't be connected wrong, or it will be burnt.

CW: Red wire --> positive power supply of motor(+); Black wire and White wire ---> negative power supply of motor(-)

CCW: Red wire --> positive power supply of motor(+); Black wire, White wire and Orange Wire ---> negative power supply of motor(-)
