1. Brief introduction.
- This filling production line was designed by our own company with
bottle feeding turntable, plunger pump filling, plug and cap,
automatic plugging and capping mechanism, check weigher and
labeling machine. This filling line stable running speed is 200
bottles/min.
2. Technical features.
2.1. Filling plugging and capping machine
2.1.1. Features.
- This machine layout is smart and compact which also adopted
humanized design in terms of operating habits.
- The operation interface is made of colorful LCD touch screen, and
the whole machine system is controlled by PLC.
- Precise CAM technology to take the cap for capping. The capping
unit adopts servo technology to control the capping force. By
changing the servo drive output parameters to change the rotate
speed,ensures the torque of the screw cap is relatively constant.
And the quantitative setting ,quantitative control are made to
ensure that the cap is screwed properly on the bottles, and the
torque of the cap is reliable and stable.
- With the equipment operation monitoring function. The operation
condition of the main parts of the machine has a dynamic display on
the HMI, which makes the operation state of the machine clear at a
glance, easy to operate and maintain. When the machine is in a
state of alarm, in addition to the sound and light alarm, the
dynamic display alarm position and cause can be displayed on the
HMI.
- The whole line is made of intelligent control, the upstream and
downstream stations running are with interlocking control function.
- Most parts are made of stainless steel SUS 304#, aluminum alloy
material, etc. and the filling needle made of 316L material(can be
plastic if customer need), in line with the pharmaceutical
enterprises GMP requirements and other industry products packaging
requirements.
- 100 purification laminar flow hood against GMP requirements (This
is for your optional).

3. Key Features of labeling machine:
- This machine adopts the Japanese MITSUBISHI PLC program control,
using the human-machine interface (HMI) operation.
- The servo motor driving for label feeding, adopts three-phase AC
motor driving for the conveyer belt, and the transmission speed can
be chosen from 1-8 grade, servo motor and conveyor belt motor has
been carried out speed matching, Users only need to choose the
speed level, easy to operate, can ensure the performance of the
machine stable.
- The machine has the functions of label feeding when there is
bottle, label omitting detecting, start and stop of printing, and
capacity counting etc.
- There is labeling mode and setting mode on the operating interface,
with the text illustration for operation and troubleshooting.
- Friendly operation interface, easy to operate and find.
