Product advantages
The electric gripper is driven by a stepper motor with an encoder
and a single axis robot with grinding ball screws, achieving the
advantages of high speed, high precision, high rigidity, and small
volume. The clamping position, force, speed, and
acceleration/deceleration can be set.
Long stroke, precise position control, suitable for objects of
different sizes. The finger has a large opening and closing stroke,
and the accuracy of grasping and repeated positioning is higher
than 0.02mm. An electric gripper can meet the requirements of
grasping objects of different sizes and scenes.
Accurately adjust the gripping force to adapt to objects of
different hardness. The gripping force exceeds 100N and can be
continuously adjusted between minimum force and gripping force. The
grip can be rigid or flexible. The two fingered claws can easily
grasp soft and fragile objects such as paper cups and eggs with a
small gripping force of up to 5N through force feedback.
Adaptive grasping, adapting to objects of different shapes.
According to the shape of the object, the electric gripper can
automatically switch between parallel and envelope gripping modes
to adapt to more gripping scenarios.
Integrated design, highly integrated. The electric gripper
integrates a motor, reducer, linkage mechanism, and servo drive.
The control system is integrated within the gripper, without the
need for external connections. It has a compact structure, small
size, and high protection level.
Mechanical self-locking. The electric gripper can still maintain
stable grasping during power outage, with low power consumption,
improving safety and stability. The product has a long service life
and good stability, meeting the requirements of industrial
applications.
