Roll Body: adopt HT-300 cast iron to cast inside and outside, thickness: 120mm, the thickness of the finished product wall is 100mm
Cylinder Head: adopt ZG270-500 cast iron to cast and temper. shaft diameter lathe:1:12 , hydraulic pressure
To produce finished products according to drawings after the whole body is hot charging and bolt fastening by 8.8 grade M30×140 hexagonal head bolt
Roll body dynamic balance: accuracy grade G2.5.speed of dynamic balance is 300 m/min(add mass method)
Thickness: unilateral thickness: 20-22mm
Hardness: “A”98℃±2
