Lightweight thermal insulation bricks Lightweight thermal insulation refractory brick are mainly made of bauxite clinker, combined with clay as raw materials, mixed with binders and sawdust.
Lightweight thermal insulation bricks Lightweight thermal
insulation refractory brick is an ideal insulating refractory
refractory material, with advantages of high strength, low thermal
conductivity, good insulation property and low price. For various
industrial kilns & furnaces, it is a kind of essential
refractory for energy saving and temperature preservation.
LLightweight thermal insulation bricks Lightweight thermal
insulation refractory brick is also called high alumina insulating
brick. It contains more than 48% Ai2O3 and mainly consists of
mullite and glass phase or corundum. It is usually made of high
bauxite and a small amount of clay. After the raw materials are
grounded, it is made into mud. Then it is cast and molded and fired
at 1300~1500℃. Sometimes industrial alumimum is used to replace
bauxite. Inorganic matter is added as ignition loss substance in
order to increase the porosity of the refractory.
Features:
1 .High degree of fire resistance, high purity products can reach
1650-1800℃.
2. Good thermal shock resistance.
3. Chemical stability.
4. Low density, good thermal insulation effect.
5 .Low thermal conductivity, stable quality.
Compared with dense refractory bricks, JM 28 Mullite Insulation Standard Brick have the following advantages:
(1) With low heat storage and high thermal efficiency, it can speed
up the turnover of intermittent operation kilns, improve production
efficiency, reduce fuel consumption and save energy.
(2) Low thermal conductivity, which can reduce the thickness of the
furnace wall and roof, reduce the quality of the furnace body, and
simplify the structure of the furnace.
(3) The furnace temperature can become uniform. Conducive to
improving product quality.
(4) The temperature outside the furnace is low, which is convenient
for operation, improves labor efficiency, and improves labor
conditions for kiln installation and discharge.
