Aerosol paint is a non-molded refractory material manufactured by mechanical spraying with a pneumatic tool. It consists of refractory fillers, powders and binders (or additives). The cement and aggregate are repeatedly exposed during the spraying process to promote compression of the sprayed material, so the density and mechanical strength of the sprayed layer are better.
The sprayer design is actually a combination of conveying, filling or compacting in one process, no side jig or single jig, simple process, high efficiency and a wide range of applications.
Depending on the order in which the water (or solution) is added and the amount of water, it can be divided into three types: wet, semi-dry and dry. The wet method consists of mixing the spray material with the suspension before spraying. The semi-drying method consists of wetting the spray material first, then pressing it into the nozzle, and then adding the remaining water (or solution) and the water consumption (or solution) of the drying method.
