Mid Temperature Alpha Amylase Enzyme Desizing Enzyme For Washing / Dyeing / Printing Mills
Introduction:
High concentrated thermo stable bacterial amylase which should be used as a formulating base for desizing fabrics, sized with starch, starch derivatives, or blends of starch.
High efficiency desizing enzyme - allows rapid conversion of the starch size into dextrins, which are easily removed by rinsing following impregnation with enzyme.
Advantages:
The product is concentrated in easy formulation and can be used for all kinds of methods for desize, besides, it less fabric strength loss, can protect the fabric stength.
Stability:
| Hard water | Good. Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions increase the efficacy of the enzyme |
| Acids | Good to pH 5 to pH 7 |
| Alkalis | Stable in alkaline region from pH 7 to pH 9 |
| Metal ions | Iron and copper ions are poisonous for enzymes |
Compatibility with Other Chemicals:
| Nonionic surfactants | Generally very good |
| Anionic surfactants | Selective, some reduce the efficacy of the enzyme |
| Solvent based surfactants | Selective, some reduce the efficacy of the enzyme |

Dilution Steps:
| Prepare the “A” liquid |
| Control pH to 6.0-6.6 by sodium hydroxide or acetic acid |
| Appropriate amount of amylase |
| Deionized / distilled water to 100% |

Store in a cool and shady place
Avoid storing in direct and strong sunlight
