Product overview

The high penetration force of the surfactant contributes to upgraded detergency, and helps sodium hypochlorite to easily exhibit its effect while decomposing protein and fat.
In spite of the chlorine system, QC-70S exerts little effect on metal and members, and can reduce damage to equipment compared to regular sodium hypochlorite.
QC-70S can disinfect and clean unreachable equipment, too.

Application procedures

Directions for use1. Thoroughly rinse the cleaning materials with water.
2. Dilute the stock solution in accordance with the degree of adhering
  soils and immersion time.
  ※5 times (200 mL to 1L) to 200 times (5 mL to 1L)
3. Spray the cleaning material or immerse, then let it stand for a while.
4. Thoroughly rinse with water.
  ※Check the residue with a commercially available chlorine
    concentration residue reagent, etc.

Example of QC-70S cleaning effects

1. “Decomposition cleaning test”

Place an egg, milk, sugar, and soy sauce and allow them to burn dry
(condition after letting them stand for 24h).

2. Administration of each cleaner

Left side (liquid A):
・10% sodium hypochlorite
Center (liquid B):
・Nonionic surfactant and amphoteric
 surfactant
Right side:
・QC-70S

3. After about 15 minutes

Left side (liquid A):
・Decomposition does not take place further
 and the capabilities are rapidly degraded
 by contact with protein.
Center (liquid B):
・The cleaner scarcely exhibits decomposition
 capabilities and stains remain as they are.
Right side (QC-70S):
・Decomposition and cleaning are nearly
 finished.

4. After about 20 minutes (final results)

Left side (liquid A):
・Color is removed but a majority of the stains remain.
Center (liquid B):
・Almost all stains remain as they are.
Right side (QC-70S):
・Stains are completely decomposed and the pan is cleaned.
