Powerful cleaner for removing stubborn adhering soilsQCX-500L
Remaining adhering soil inside the dialysis piping line is an issue
that must be solved in order to achieve the dialysis fluid
purification target. Its basic cause is assumed to be insufficient
detergency of the applied cleaning prescription. In addition,
adhering soil is subject to denaturation that “converts it into
stubborn soil,” when it is left in the adhering state. As is, it is
stubborn by daily cleaning and gives rise to a problem that is
difficult to be solved by conventional cleaning techniques.
QCX-500L is a special-purpose cleaner developed to exhibit its

・The standard is 5-50 times dilution of compounded concentrated
・The basic chemical component concentration of the final treatment
liquid is an effective chlorine concentration of sodium
not less than 600 ppm and QCX-500L (apparent concentration)
of not less than 1%.
The final dilution ratio shall be adjusted in accordance with the
degree of adhering soil.
2. Liquid passing time
・About 15 minutes is standard. ※Avoid liquid passage to the ETRF.
3. Contact time
・Select contact time from a few hours to overnight immersion
As the standard cleaning method, the overnight immersion system is
recommended because an improved treatment effect can be expected.
4. Treated liquid temperature
・The treatment effect is improved by raising temperature.
If possible, it is recommended to raise temperature.
5. Water rinsing
・After making sure the chlorine concentration in the washing water
lower than the detection level, extend water washing time 30%
longer than the time required for non-detection.
※In general, water-washing time of about one hour is required
6. In-line application system
①Application system from a feeder
Prepare a cleaning solution in a chemical tank and clean a large
number of consoles at the same time.
②Individual console cleaning method
Inject the prepared cleaning solution into the cleaning console
