Powder coating
The aluminum profile powder coating is mainly thermoset saturated polyester, and its color variety is more. The powder can be changed according to the user's need. The local thickness of the powder coating should be controlled between 40 m and 120 m. The powder coating is strong and durable, the chemical resistance is good, the production is simple, and it occupies a large proportion in the surface treatment of aluminum extrusions (about 35%), which has developed rapidly in China in recent years.
Prespray treatment
Before spraying the aluminum profile, it should be processed before chemical coating to form a uniform chemical conversion film to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating. Common techniques are:
