Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?

A: We are factory with our own trading team. Our factory located in Wuxi city, Jiangsu province. We provide factory direct prices and fast connection.

Q: Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ? Can you accept customize?

A: Yes, we can provide samples and accept customize.

For small samples, we offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight. For large samples and some customized samples, we offer the sample and the fee is required.

Customized samples usually takes 5-7 business days.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance balance, 70% before shipment.

Q: How long can make delivery?

A: Generally it is 5-10 business days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 business if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

For stock products, will make shipments in 2-5 business days after receiving deposit or receiving T/T;
