1. Melting Furnace For Melting Aluminum Introduce

temperature control instrument and a special thermocouple for

the advanced analog PID control technology is used to achieve
direct and high-precision automatic control of the
molten aluminum temperature, with a temperature control accuracy of
±5°C
(3) The temperature of the aluminum melt is uniform, and there is
no local high temperature. The electric heating
element is isolated from the molten aluminum and is evenly arranged
around the crucible. The temperature of the
molten aluminum along the height of the crucible is relatively
uniform, realizing uniform heating of the entire molten
aluminum and ensuring the uniform composition of the molten
aluminum.
