Aluminium Extruded Profile With Mill Finish Surface For Bicycle Rim

Aluminium Alloy 6063, 6061, T5 T6 is the most common material adopted for extruding profiles.
And AA6061 T6's hardness is better than AA6063 T5, we choose AA6061 T6 as our raw material to extrude bicycle rim. Only the qualified raw material could create qualified products.

Production Process:

Packing process

EPE foam and Kraft Paper is adopted to pack the aluminium extruded profile together to avoid any damage from the impacting and water erosion.
