Surface Treatment
Mill Finish surface treament aluminium extrueded profile is the
most common material for producing aluminium bicycle rim. It has
features such as low cost, easy process, long life, etc. Besides
mill finish treatment, MAXL also provide anodizing, powder coating
and electrophoresis processing. OEM and ODM service is
provided.

Aluminium Alloy 6063, 6061, T5 T6 is the most common material
adopted for extruding profiles.
And AA6061 T6's hardness is better than AA6063 T5, we choose AA6061
T6 as our raw material to extrude bicycle rim. Only the qualified
raw material could create qualified products.

Production Process:
First Step: Melt the aluminium ingot and produce into aluminium
rod.
Second Step: Homogeneous processing to make the material even.
Last Step: Extruding the aluminium rod into aluminium profiles.
Packing process
EPE foam and Kraft Paper is adopted to pack the aluminium extruded
profile together to avoid any damage from the impacting and water
erosion.
