60V 80V Post weld heat treating ceramic heating element
Introduction
A 95% aluminum oxide ceramic with 3/8 inch thickness
B The ceramic beads are sintered, special dielectric to bear high
temperature 1100 degree celsius
C Nickel chrome resistance wire, multi-stranded weavng. It goes
through the space which is formed by interlocking ceramic beads.
D Flexible for curve surface heating, such as pipes and containers.
E Cold tail.
Nominal 9 inches length of nickel chrome wire is welded with
another nickel chrome wire. Then it forms cold tail to prevent
dielectrical connector from being heated.
F Two kinds as usual.
80v 3.6kw thermal power with 120 square inches, 45 amps
60v 2.7kw thermal power with 90 square inches, 45 amps
Customized size is available.
