The results show that under the same working conditions, the maximum temperature of the LED high bay lamp with magnesium alloy radiator is slightly higher, but the heating rate is faster, and the time required to reach a stable working state is shorter; the air between the fins of the magnesium alloy radiator The natural convection speed is relatively large, which helps to improve the overall heat transfer efficiency of the radiator.
Therefore, the advantages of using magnesium alloy instead of aluminum alloy to prepare high-power LED radiators are also very obvious.
