With key parts such as pneumatic valve, pilot-operated magnetic valve etc. imported, it has reliable operation with rapid switching having a lifetime of over a million times. It has a low rate of failure with easy maintenance and low cost of maintenance.
Gas purity is supervised online to guarantee that there shall be stability for gas purity needed.
