The main features of the titanium casing heat exchanger 

 

1.High heat transfer efficiency

As a result of the heat exchanger tube using a threaded tube, the tube flow channel cross-section continuously and abruptly, resulting in fluid even in the case of very low flow rate is always in a highly turbulent state, it is difficult to form laminar flow, so that the main thermal resistance to convective heat transfer is effectively overcome, heat transfer inside and outside the tube is strengthened at the same time, and thus the heat transfer coefficient is very high, generally 2 to 3 times for the traditional light tube heat exchanger.

 

2.Strong anti-scaling ability:

3.Strong stress compensation ability
