AET is also focusing on new items of halogen & lead free, high Tg and thin laminate for HDI to meet new requests while lowering environmental impact. Phenolic Paper CCL

This series has many advantages such as low cost, suitable for cold punching, wide applications, UL 94V-0 flammability resistance, and CTI level above 600V, halogen-free and STH (silver through hole) upon special requests.

Glass Epoxy CCL

As the most widely used and stable series in PCB industry, there are many types between Tg130℃ and Tg240℃, Low loss & Low Dk, High CTI level 600V, Hanlogen-free and IC package, and both have excellent performances in applications.

Composites CCL

This series has similar performance to FR-4 epoxy glass laminate, and excellent mechanical processing, suitable for punching, and has high CTI level 600V, halogen-free and high thermal conductivity 1.2W/m.K for choice upon requests.

FCCL (Flexible Copper Clad Laminate)

Compared with conventional rigid laminate, FCCL has advantages of thin, light and flexibility. It is widely used in mobile phone, digital camera, LCD/LED display, notebook computer, VCR and OA equipment, etc.

MCCL (Metal Based Copper Clad Laminate)

MCCL(Metal base copper clad laminate) has very excellent heat conductivity, good electric magnetic shield and machinery cutting properties, etc. this division is widely used in LED lighting, Audio & Power equipment, telecommunication, OA, automobile, computer, power module, etc.

RCC (Resin Coated Copper)

RCC (Resin Coated Copper) is suitable for highly efficient laser via formation for HDI, also compatible with conventional HDI fabrication process, high copper foil peel strength and thermal resistance, widely used in portable electronic equipment such as mobile phone, PDA & digital camcorders, and etc.

Entry and Backup board

This division is the necessary raw materials for drilling process in PCB making. Our high quality products can improve via quality and drilling efficiency while lower wearing for drilling bit.

Insulation Laminate

This series is the very important rigid laminated sheet for industry applications, they are made of electrician class impregnated paper, cotton cloth & non-alkali glass fabric as reinforcement, and phenolic resin & epoxy resin as adhesive. Thermal class has B, F, H and C upon requests.

Non-flow Prepreg

This series of prepreg has minimal resin flow, less resin dust, high peel strength, excellent electrical and machinery cutting property, suitable for bonding used in die cavity board and multilayer rigid-flex PCB application.

Dry Film Photo Resist

LONGLITE Dry Film Photo Resist FF-5000/9000S is negative working and aqueous photo polymer, it is suitable for the applications of acidic / alkaline etching, tenting, copper / tin plating, acidic Nickel / Gold plating, and copper / tin-lead plating in PCB manufacturing.
