Double Jacket 24 Core Multi mode OM1 OM2 OM3 ADSS Fiber Optic Cable with 200 Span

Description

ADSS (All-Dielectric Self-Supporting) cable is ideal for installation in distribution as well as transmission environments, even when live-line installations are required. As its name indicates, there is no support or messenger wire required, so installation is achieved in a single pass, making ADSS an economical and simple means of achieving a fiber optic network. AFL manufactures its own line of attachment hardware as well as supplies formed wire fittings when preferred.

Requires no messenger wire -- fully self-supporting
Single pass installation -- no messenger, no lashing wire -- faster and lower cost
Cable is water-blocked using dry core technology, therefore no messy flooding compounds
Design details for span lengths up to 1500ft (457m) and fiber counts up to 432
Custom designs available for larger span lengths or other fiber counts
Full line of attachment hardware available for a "system" solution
Track-resistant outer jacket available for installations on high voltage lines where space potentials reach up to 25kV
Gel-filled buffer tubes are S-Z stranded for easy mid-span access
