Shipping Details:
Shipping to UK mainland is from 1.99. Postage is determined by
weight and value for insurance. This excludes premium shipping
zones.
Next day delivery 6.99 UK Mainland (Excludes exclusion zones)
If your delivery address falls within the shipping exclusion zones,
you will either be shown a charge for the delivery on your order,
or we may contact you and request additional payment for postage
should you have completed the checkout. If you do not wish to
proceed with the order, please contact us by email within 5 hours
of placing your order.
Delivery & Dispatch Promise
We will make every effort to deliver your order within 3 to 5
working days.
We guarantee to dispatch your order if received before 3.00 pm the
same day
Next Day Service
This service only applies to orders placed and paid in full before
2.30 pm and do not fall into the additional postage zone table.
The service does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. All next
day orders placed on Friday before 2.30 pm will arrive on Monday
and not over the weekend. Next day deliveries excludes weekends.
Damages & Loss:
All damaged goods and losses must be reported by email with 48
hours. After this period has lapsed, we will not accept
responsibility for damaged goods. Please check your order. This
will then be avoided.
Failure to do this will invalidate any claims made.
Returns
Returning an item you have purchased by mistake or still under
warranty:
We will endeavour to provide as much information within the content
of our product pages to allow you to make an informed decision on
your purchase. However, should you require to return any product,
we will allow you to do so within 14 days of the day after receipt.
If you do this, please enclose a copy of your invoice with the
goods.
You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track
them using a reputable carrier. We ask that you do everything
possible to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition
and if possible with their original packaging. We will refund the
total cost of the goods, minus a restocking charge when we receive
the goods back in a resalable condition.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking charge.
Returning an item that is faulty:
If we have supplied an item that is faulty or goes faulty in the
first 7 days of receipt we will arrange the uplift of the goods
(Please put a copy your invoice with the goods.). Should we ( and
sometimes the manufacturer ) upon receipt of said items be
satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the
goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any
carriage costs incurred.
Returning an item that we have supplied incorrectly:
If we send you the wrong item, please email us, all good recieved
in error will be collected and replaced at our cost.
