Summary

This machine can produce disposable covers like disposable bedspread, medical device cover, all kinds of public places protective cover, dust cover and other products. Suitable for non-woven fabric material. The elastic sealing is use ultrasonic welding method. The product size is adjustable. It can greatly save the time-consuming and labor-consuming cost of manual sewing and improve the production efficiency.

Main Features
1. This machine adopts air shaft feeding system, magnetic powder braking, automatic tension control, automatic EPC control system. 2. Automatic rubber band welding system on both sides of the bed cover. 3. Triangle folding plate, vertical adjustable folding parts, without stopping the traction. 4. Full servo motor drive, PLC control system, touch screen easy to operate. 5. Speed and sizes are adjustable on touch screen.
