Answer: Please send us an inquiry for the jewelry price with your
email address or other contact information, like facebook,
whatsapp, skype and wechat. One of our staff will get back to you
as soon as possible.
Question 2: How to pay for my order?
Answer: We accept Money Gram, bank transfer ect. 50% deposit and
50% before shipping – we will make video and photos of the the
products to confirm with you before shipping. For small orders, you
will need to pay in advance. For larger orders, the payment terms
is negotiable.
Question 3: Do you make jewelry for personal buyer or only for
wholesaler?
Answer: Actually many of our customers are personal buyers. You can
order fine quality brand jewelry for your family, friends and
yourself at factory prices. Even it will be great if you are a
jewelry re-seller. Surely the price for wholeslaers will be a bit

Answer: Yes, it will come with original packaging and certificate.
Stamping:
•All modern 18k gold Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry is stamped with
the Maison’s hallmark, a unique serial number and the jewelry’s
metal type.
•The stamping should be clean, legible and free of misspellings.
•The brand name will either be stamped as “Van Cleef & Arpels”
or “VCA.” Fakes are commonly only stamped with “Van Cleef.”
•All Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry have their own serial number
which can be cross-referenced with the Maison’s records.
•Finally, the jewelry will be stamped with its respective metal
type: Au 750 for 18k gold or PT 950 for platinum.
